🎯 Responsible for Key Stage Two Leadership

**Main Purpose:**

As the KS2 Leader, you will provide leadership and effective management of the key stage curriculum. Your expertise in high-quality teaching and resource allocation will contribute to improving learning standards and achievement for all students. Additionally, you will fulfill your duties as a classroom teacher.

**Responsibilities Include:**

🔹 Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term plans for KS2 development

🔹 Enhance the school’s approach to assessment, driving improvements in teaching and learning

🔹 Mentor and support staff within the key stage, modeling best practices and staying updated on current theory and practice

🔹 Monitor the quality of teaching and learning in KS2 through observations and performance data analysis

🔹 Induct new key stage staff, ensuring they uphold expected values and teaching standards
