Invictus Education Trust are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. Invictus Education Trust was created in March 2015 by a group of like-minded schools: Crestwood, Ellowes Hall Sports College, Kinver High and Wombourne High School. Two schools have since joined us, Leasowes High School in Autumn 2016, and Pedmore High School in September 2018, further strengthening an already thriving Trust. In 2021 Rufford Primary School and Nursery became the first primary school to join our Trust.

The Trustees are seeking a driven, educated professional to lead us through the next phase of our exciting journey. You will lead our team to deliver the Invictus vision, achieve the highest standards, and ultimately have the greatest success.

You will be responsible for leading the Executive Leadership Team of the Trust, enabling the Trust, our schools, and our central services to be sustainable and successful over time. You will do this by delivering high level strategic leadership and management across all aspects of the Trusts activities. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high level strategic leadership and management experience and will ensure that the Trust provides high quality education for all its students through the effective use of resources and people. Commercial expertise, awareness and business acumen will be key strengths of the successful candidate.
