On the 10th January 2023, we welcomed Sir Michael Wilshaw to the Academicis team. Sir Michael has been appointed as Associate Director to Academicis.His involvement will be available in a niche consultancy capacity covering all areas of educational leadership including interview participation, CPD and mentoring for new and existing leaders in Schools and Trusts.

Academicis is therefore performing a vital function in helping schools to recruit and develop good leaders. Employing external support for recruitment can be a costly exercise, so any investment in recruitment needs to be used wisely to ensure suitable candidates are quickly identified and brought through to interview and appointment.
